Bethany,

Because when we lose a part of who we are that we physically can't touch or speak with it hurts. We yearn for their physical being and when that is taken away a part of us is taken away and it hurts so so much. But our faith in God and our hope in the redemption of our Lord Jesus Christ allows us to carry on so that one day we too will be in the neaarer presence of our Lord with our loved one. The Holy Spirit sustains our very being as is happening with you today through his devestating tragedy.

Bethany we are all praying for you and your family and if there is anything you need please reach out an we will be there.

These Are They lyrics

the oceans give up
all the dead that are in them
the graves open wide
to set captives free
and those who are roaming
the earth rise to meet them
abrahams seed as the sands of the sea

chorus:
these are they
who have come out
of great tribulation
they have washed their robes
in the blood of the lamb
they have gone through much sorrow
into great jubilation
they're redeemed by the blood of the lamb

like a strong mighty army
their voices are ringing
the great crowds of witnesses
sing freedom song
as they enter the country
built by their own father
the promissed homeland
they yearned for so long
(change key)
all the strangers and pilgrims
are no longer strangers
all the tired, weary wanderer's
they will wander no more
the table is ready
for the great celebration
and the welcome home banner
flies over the door

Bethany, to have lost someone so dear and special is a feeling hard to comprehend at tmes, and just when he was in the prime of his life. God needed another angel, and Greg is it tonight, maybe protecting someone else who is ill or in danger. Go ahead and be hurt, and cry, your whole family needs to do this together now more than ever before maybe. God understands your pain, and will give you all strength as it is needed in days to come. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers today.

Bethy... good thoughts are coming your way from God, sweetie... He knows just what you need. Greg IS in a better place and you WILL fly again with him.

But know also that God Will Take Care Of You , too.
Just for a while, put on Davids music and let it soothe you... that will ease your heart as well.

Prayers for your family are there, too
Love you,
Lee

Beth...I know you have probably read this numerous times, but it's worth reading again now....

Footprints

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, He looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.

This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.

The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.

Carolyn Carty, 1963

The Phamily is here for you. Trust in Him.
