I've been waiting to hear from you pj. HA! You must become a devoted fan of the show now. LOL

I do believe that the right 3 are in the finals. Allison is amazing, especially for a 17 yr. old...she has a great career ahead of her.

Can't wait for next week.

laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif I know what you mean about "over the edge," Tracey. Since I've not watched AI before I didn't get what made people (ones I work with, you guys here on the board) CARE so much about who won or lost or got dissed or praised... I've been a fairly consistent watcher of DWTS, but never took it personally... just watched it for fun....
But AI IS SERIOUS!! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif They really do get the suspense going, don't they?

Now I, too, can breathe easier for another week... smile.gif Go Adam!!

I can't take that anymore. That just about put me over the edge. Just down-right mean if you ask me. blink.gif angry.gif

But in the end...I can breathe again for another week.

GO GO GOKEY!

go Adam!.............lol

as far as a level playing field goes........i think the show pretty much considers it fair and level as long as the contestants don't have current recording contracts, or are related in any way to the label that Idol uses for the winners........

ok, don;t throw tomatoes at me,......heehee.......but it is not Adam's fault that he has experience......he has been chasing this dream for a while and doing everything he can to make it reality............the others could have done it too if they wanted it that bad i guess..........some have done a lot of stuff........his just happens to be really in the public eye being on the theater stage per say...........in one of his blogs from the Idol house.....Adam said that he really enjoyed doing theater, but didn't really thing it was ultimately where he should stay for good.......or else he would have moved to NYC a long time ago..........and it took doing what he has done on the west coast to realize that singing like this is really what he thinks he is destined for?..........just relaying that message........

but he is still considered in the same boat as the rest with no recording contract......everyone is responsible for getting their own selves out there and seen singing......maybe Adam is just way more motivated to do whatever he had to do.........

Like Guy Penrod once told me when i met him.........since i sing, i asked him some advice about getting noticed and all, and he told me to just sing whenever and wherever i could, take every opportunity to do it more and more......don't stop and sit still...........it takes hard work and dedication........and if it is right for you, GOd will open the necessary Doors for you to enter in..............i love him!...lol

i just like Adam's go for it ambition, and the fact that he pretty much comes 150% prepared for every week.......that is impressive to me.........some of the others are getting there, but not as consistantly as he...........i wouldn't be sad if any of them remaining won!

woohoo!

Has anyone checked out the Vote For The Worst website????

Linda, I just checked it out and they're encouraging people to vote for Danny, which suits me just fine since he's my choice for this year's winner. smile.gif biggrin.gif

I think she can't be any worse than some of the others they've had perform this year.

Well, no matter who is singing I will be watching!!! LOL May fast forward through some of it though........aaaahhhhh the beauty of DVR! biggrin.gif

Melissa, I agree with you about the beauty of DVR. smile.gif I tape most everything I watch, so I don't have to watch the commercials, and I'll probably be doing some fast forwarding on AI tonight. I usually don't even start watching AI until it has been recording long enough that I can fast forward through anything I don't want to watch.

I know I'm showing my age, but I loved rock 'n roll back in my day, but what I heard last night just wasn't my cup of tea. That's JMO. smile.gif
