Neither - A summer date would be MUCH better!!
But if I HAVE to pick...
New Year's is the only time during the school year I could possibly make it (I'm a teacher). It could be dicey weather wise for a 5 hour drive to N-ville, though...So I'd have to play it by ear.
Sounds fun though!

Like everyone else, I would try to make it to either date that was chosen, but I can't help but think how much fun it would be to do a new year's thing. But I know there are problems with weather and money at that time of the year. Just curious---why is St. Patrick's Day a choice?

Anytime would be fine. I would go (Lord willing) no matter when it was. I really enjoyed the taping at the Barn. We do appreciate you thinking of us and asking us which would be better. It really means a lot. Hopefully, it will be scheduled soon so we can begin to plan our finances and schedules..- aholcomb

I think St. Pat's Day would be better - airfare is outrageous and hard to get during the Christmas/New Year's season...finanically, it's tough until February for many...so St. Pat's Day would be great! I WILL BE THERE WITH PJ AND FRAN!!!
[b]OH, and it would be ever so nice and would be ever so grateful if we had a fair warning of the price at least a month ahead of time...last time for the Christmas DVD taping, we had about a 3 day notice to come up with alot of money...tickets; airfare; etc...[/b]
