Because I am a Canadian citizen (with permanent resident status) I was not able to vote in this election. But I still live in this great country and fully realize that we have to UNITE as the UNITED STATES of AMERICA and PRAY PRAY PRAY for who was elected last night as our new President. Even if some of us don't agree with Obama and what he stands for, we as Christians need to UNITE and pray that he will look to the Lord for Wisdom and Guidance in leading this country. I would have prayed the same thing if McCain had been elected. Most of all lets remember that Jesus is King, Sovereign over ALL and lets pray that HIS WILL be done in this country. What's done is done. Let's focus on the positives (like history being made) and continually uplift our country and ALL it's leaders in prayer. God Bless America!

I know this is crazy, but I can't make myself watch. :roll: :roll: :oops: :oops:
I couldn't make myself NOT watch. That's very unlike me. What I couldn't stay and watch was Obama's speech.
Me either Linda.....I turned it off when they proclaimed Obama winner and haven't turned it back on since! Not sure when I'll be able to watch the news again.....probably not until around February or so..........
I did turn the news back on this morning myself, but when they started talking about walking on water and performing miracles, I changed the channel to cartoons. (I'm not even joking here, those words were used). :roll:

I turned it on again this morning, just in case there was some miracle that took place overnight.
