Good points Linda. The only bad thing about bumping the spam UP is that you have to open it and see it  in order to bump it to the top.

LOL Yeah, I thought about that, too! laugh.gif But . . . if you only go to the very last post each time by clicking on the little blue thing beside the last poster's name, you won't see the offensive material at all.

Unless I am the ONLY ONE who did not know this!!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I think you are the only one who did not know this Miss JoAnne...........lol.........love ya girl laugh.gif smile.gif

PHEAR NOT, MISS JOANNE--YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!! I'M RIGHT THERE BESIDE YA!!!!

(Why am I the only one who seems NOT surprised??   )

biggrin.gif I knew Bill was yanking (okbill that is not BG)... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

No I wasn't. I've used ascii text on this and other boards to reproduce musical scores and tones. For example, everyone who responded to the following simulation I once posted said they immediately recognized it as the heavy metal intro to verse 2 of The Star Spangled Banner as David does it in concert and on the DVD:

DA DA DA - DA DA DA (reeeEEEEE) DA DA DA - DA DA DA (reeeEEEEE)

DA DA DA - DA DA DA (pause) DA DA DA - DA DA DA, DA DA DA .

See? Recognize it without getting out the DVD?

Y'all are gonna l-a-u-g-h when I tell you the title of the song!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
Are you ready?

It's called "If I Can Help Somebody". The line was "Then my living shall not be in vain"

For some reason, it struck me really funny laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Really? Hmmm . . . doesn't sound familiar. Ok, so I don't know every old song! LOL I'm sure I don't, but I was raised on the Bill Gaither Trio, the Happy Goodmans, the Speer Family, and they all sing some pretty old stuff (old now anyway). But no, that doesn't sound familiar just by the title. But thanks for the title, now I don't have to wonder anymore. smile.gif

Janette - No, I had no idea where Glen Payne was from. I never followed the Cathedrals.

Lo - No, JoAnne is not the only one that didn't know that. I found someone else. wink.gif

JoAnne - No, I can't get to You Tube at work. sad.gif Again, they don't want me to be entertained while I'm here, so it's blocked. LOL Just work work work! laugh.gif

I thought Bill was just playing, asking for what the song sounded like since no one told me what the name of the song was and I couldn't hear it on You Tube. :?:
