I have a dvd recorder on one of my tvs so I can record a dvd, but that's just one dvd. I also plan to record it on my computer which will then allow me to make as many dvds as I want to make. I could also put it on a dvd as a data file that could be played by something like Windows Media Player, or Quicktime. I could also upload it to Youtube, but I'm not sure if it would take the whole file at once or if I would have to split it up into smaller files. The dvd recorder hooked up to my tv will only record in one format, which if the format used in the U.S. I know some other countries use a different format so it wouldn't play in some countries. My computer will record dvds in more than one format, but I don't know if it would be a format for all countries. You would have to let me know what format your dvd players require. I assume though that if you have David's dvds and they play for you that the regular format will work where you are.

And to think that some people don't even know how to program a VCR to record something! LOL
