Tickets/Laminates

Tickets will be mailed out over the next 2 weeks. All tickets are numbered 1 through 500.

***Please note these numbers do not reflect seating. Laminates must be worn to enter***

***Please note: Due to space restrictions there is no available parking at the Phelps Phamily Farm***


Directions

Take Junction 32 of I-65 west and follow signs for Barn Bash parking. A shuttle service will transport you from the school to the farm. Shuttle service will begin at 5.pm.



Saturday, September 1st
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Shuttle service
5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Catered meal
5:15 p.m. Meet and greet for ticket numbers 1 - 250
6:30 Concert begins
10:00 p.m. Approximate departure

Sunday,September 2nd
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Shuttle service
5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Catered meal
5:15 p.m. Meet and greet for ticket numbers 251 - 500
6:30 p.m. Concert begins
10:00 p.m. Appoximate departure

For the same reason some got the email about the DVD taping and others didn't, perhaps......IDK.....

I haven't received an email. Wonder if it is just being sent to those going
to the BB. I didn't receive the last email either. I signed up for them.

We have two tickets coming and are searching for a third one...After reading this email, if we find a third ticket(cross your fingers) and that third ticket is out of our range (1-250) or (251- 500) is there any possibility they can make an exception so the three of us are a family together for meet and greet? just Curious.. And still looking for Ticket #3!!!!

I don't know. You will have to call the David Phelps' concert office in that event. I would think that you could do a M & G together with your family. Keep watching for a ticket for sale on this website. I've seen a few up for sale already.

Hi Patty, I think the emails are for ticket holders only. I have ordered the pre-order bundle and have received an email for that a while back..I'm not worried, I have my receipt

Thank you Marsha. I was just alittle worried because I did not receive
an email about the taping, but will see if there is another email from
another future event since I did sign up again. Do not want to miss
anything if it is in my neck of the woods.
