Life and Death

Just wanted to put in a prayer request. First one is my brother is a Pastor of a small church in Box Springs Georgia and he has a member that passed away last night(Sunday) from a long journey with cancer. Such a wonderful family he has and such a faithful servant of God he was. Please pray for his family. Their last name is Cook.
On the other hand, my next door neighbor is expecting twins. (a boy and a girl). The due date is not until the end of June, but, she is having problems with high blood pressure. So, the Dr. wants to deliver the babies by c-section this next week.The babies only weigh a couple of pounds a piece and this scares her. Please pray for her. Her name is Janet. She is so precious.

I'll be more than glad to add these two requests to my prayer lists, terri. Thank you for knowing that you can always come here with any need, from anyone, at any time. That's what we're here for. If you can please come back and let us know any updates on Janet and the twins. Sending some extra strong prayers for them, as it looks like they will be needing them. We'll be ready, waiting for any news. ;)

I TOO, WILL BE INCLUDING ALL IN MY PRAYERS. SO SAD THAT THE BABIES NEED TO BE DELIVERED SO SOON. BUT WE HAVE AN AWESOME GOD WHO WE CAN CALL ON IN TIMES LIKE THESE. WILL ALSO BE PRAYING FOR THE COOK FAMILY IN THEIR TIME OF SORROW.

PLEASE KEEP US POSTED REGARDING THE PRECIOUS BABIES.

We know God will be in the delivery room watching over those sweet babies. When our twin granddaughters were born it was such a scary time. Both girls were 6 pounds at birth and still had to spend a month in Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. So my prayers are being said for those wee ones and their parents.

Hey Everyone,
Here is an update on the twins and their Mom.The TWINS are here...... Sweet Jesus answered our prayers again.Janet(the Mom) went into surgery yesterday. The Doctor and Nurses didn't want to wait any longer because of Janet's blood pressure. Baby boy "Noah" weighed in at 2 lbs.10 oz. He came out first. Baby girl "Victoria" weighed in at 2 lbs. 8oz. Noah is 15 inches long/Victoria is 141/2 inches long. Thank yall so much for praying. Janet was really scared that something was wrong. I told her Saturday when I went and prayed for her that the Lord knows more than we know and he knows all about us. He even knows about her and her babies. They are soooooo beautiful! The babies and Mom have to stay in the hospital for the next week or two. Please continue to pray, OK? We serve such a sweet and loving Jesus. He is all and in all.
The Cook family are doing OK for now.Please continue to pray for them. Bless yall

Thank you for coming back with the update right away, terri. Wonderful news that it seems so far things are going along without any huge complications. I was glad to see that the babies were as big as they were! Prayers will continue.

Also prayers shall continue for the Cook family. Please let them know there are those who are sending their love and support.
