I know what you mean! Looks like the OKC concert is on Thursday, May 3rd, but it's only 2 hours away, so I can make it there & back in one night & don't have to take any time off. (I don't have any vacation left anyway.) Are you planning on taking the time off? I would, if I could take vacation time!

Oh, yes, I plan on taking probably half of Thursday and all day Friday off for the Huntington concert. I'd drive back afterwards, too, if it were only a couple of hours, IF it was mostly on a route that I was familiar with, but this trip will be more than 3 hours, and I would probably fall asleep! I'm not a very late night person, so I don't trust myself to drive very much distance at night, especially if I'm alone.

I usually take some friends with me on those road trips! If the trip is over two hours, we usually stay overnight, too!
