The GVB sounded GREAT!!! Loved some of the different songs Bill added especially "Build An Ark" along with the "Evan Almighty" scenes played!! Karen Peck & New River were great along with Gene McDonald. Jim Hill, one of the original singers on the first Homecomings, was there celebrating his 80th birthday and sang the wonderful song he wrote years ago "What A Day That Will Be!!" He can still belt out a song!!!
Dp brought the house down with "He's Alive" & "Nessun Dorma" and when they sang "It Is Finished" near the end the applause went on forever!!
We sold completely our of "The Voice!!" Jack had let people know before the concert that there was a limited supply...some bought their copies early.... and the rest were gone almost before DP made it out to the table!!!
A bonus for everyone was that Jack played most of the 2nd half of the Concert!! He played keyboard with organ sounds while Gordon was on piano!! What a sound those two guys bring to the stage!!
