Purchase of DVD/CD

Hello All:
Perhaps some one can help me. I placed an order via the David Phelps website JULY 5, 2012 and I have NOT received the package yet. I called the number (2 times) that is on my receipt, left a message and haven't gotten a return call yet. I am very disappointed.

Can someone help me; do you have a phone number that I can call to trace the order? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tessitura...I've sent an email today (Aug 30). I've been communicating with Mr. Steve Hartley but no package yet; hopefully this will get results. Have a blessed Labor Day weekend.
